Jodie, I have lots of stuff to share with you when I see you. I found a seahorse pattern, the frog pattern and lots of other cool stuff. If you get a chance to make some more round faces that would be awesome. Hope to see you soon. Can't make the meeting Thursday--P/T conferences. Thanks for the award also!
I have been making jewelry for years. When I first started I did mainly stringing. In May of 2005, a friend taught me how to do peyote stitch. Since then, I have been learning different stitches so that I can make more complex woven jewelry. To date I have learned peyote, right angle weave, Ogalala, herringbone, brick, and the ladder stitch. I want to learn different African beadwork stitches. My goal is to become an "All Nebraska Artist" at the NE State Fair. To do this I have to have the Best of Division award two years (in a five year span) in either Jewelry or Beading. I have received it once in both categories.

Oh I love all her hair. I have been checking the blog to see pictures. These are great.
Tanya,
The hair took 24 hours (at least). I really like the way she turned out. Thanks, Mary
Man I know why I have not tried this yet all that time wow!
Tanya,
It was worth the time. Now I have to decide a price. Someone is interested in buying her.
Oh, I love her! Gorgeous! I owe you a phone call--sorry about the delay! Come over to my blog to pick up your award :)
